Dwight Goldman, PE, CSP
Mr. Goldman is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Oklahoma. He holds a Certified Safety Professional certificate from BCSP, and is certified by Exemplar Global as an Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor, and an Occupational Health and Safety Systems Principal Auditor. Dwight has 45 years of experience in engineering, production operations and both regulatory compliance and management systems auditing, both onshore and offshore. His areas of expertise are SEMS auditing, regulatory compliance auditing, management systems development and auditing, risk analysis, operations management, and training. He is also a certified Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) Lead Auditor as well as a certified Occupational Health and Safety OHSAS 18001) Principal Auditor. Dwight holds a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and an M. S. in Engineering Management from the University of Alaska.

Cindy Dever, RN
Ms. Dever is a registered nurse with 19 years of experience in regulatory compliance auditing and 7 years of experience in the health, safety and environmental field. She is certified by Exemplar Global as an Occupational Health and Safety Systems Auditor. Her background is in critical care nursing at a Level I Trauma hospital and regulatory compliance audits for the health care industry. She has completed the Safety and Environmental Management (SEMS) Lead Auditor training in conformance to the Center for Offshore Safety requirements. She has participated in contractor health, safety and environmental compliance audits, PSM audits, and Deepwater operations evaluations for the country of Mexico. She has also been involved in PHAs/IHAZIDs, due diligence reviews and environmental evaluations of water disposal sites for hydraulic fracturing activities. Her HSE expertise includes program development, training, regulatory compliance, and auditing. Cindy holds a nursing degree from the University of Kentucky and a degree in Journalism from Indiana University.
SEMS Lead Auditor
Mr. Perrin has over 9 years of experience in the Oil & Gas environmental and safety field. He has been involved in safety management audits, air permitting, emission estimating, emission inventories, ground water contamination assessment, as well as developing SPCC plans and completing Phase I environmental site assessments, PSM Siting studies, EPA RMPs, and EHS compliance audits. He has completed the Safety and Environmental Management (SEMS) Lead Auditor training in conformance to the Center for Offshore Safety requirements. He has also been involved in PHAs/HAZOPs, EHS Audits, and PSM/RMP Audits for Oil & Gas clients. He has certificates of training in PHA-HAZOP and LOPA from the AIChE. Most of his experience has been in the oil and gas production operations area. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology and a M.S. in Chemistry from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
